主讲《粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程专题》、《食品酶工程》2门研究生课程。完成校级教改课题1项,先后指导本科生获得盼盼杯烘焙食品创意大赛、“挑战杯”江苏省大学生创业计划竞赛等多项学科竞赛奖
