教学工作:

主讲《粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程专题》、《食品酶工程》2门研究生课程。完成校级教改课题1项,先后指导本科生获得盼盼杯烘焙食品创意大赛、“挑战杯”江苏省大学生创业计划竞赛等多项学科竞赛奖

主要研究领域:

科研方向1: 从事淀粉基生物质材料的开发,重点针对无醛型淀粉胶开展研究

科研方向2:从事功能性食品的研究与开发,并结合代谢组学技术评估功能成分改善

非酒精性脂肪肝的相关机制
